| Obverse description | The obverse is printed on a cream-coloured ground with a fine repeated guilloche underprint of stylised 'CV' monograms across the entire field. The upper left carries the bank's bold graphic logo — a circular 'C' enclosing a 'V' — alongside the two-line letterpress title 'CREDITO VARESINO', with corporate details (S.p.A., Sede in Varese, share capital and reserves) set in small type to the right.
