| Reverse description | Central holographic field depicts a stylized rooster rendered in the manner of traditional Chinese folk paper-cutting art, occupying the majority of the coin's surface. The rooster is shown in profile facing left with an elaborate, intricately patterned body, prominent comb, and sweeping tail feathers, all executed with characteristic cut-work geometric and curvilinear motifs. Three small chicks are depicted at the base of the rooster's feet, flanking either side, adding a familial compositional element consistent with Chinese New Year iconography. The hologram treatment causes the field to display a shifting iridescent spectrum of colors depending on viewing angle, enhancing the decorative effect of the design. |
