Obverse description Draped and laureate bust of Holy Roman Emperor Leopold I facing right, wearing a long curly wig in the baroque court style, with the crown of the head bisecting the encircling legend. Beneath the bust, the denomination XV appears in Roman numerals within a beaded circle. The Latin legend, commencing at 12 o'clock, reads for Leopoldus Dei Gratia Romanorum Imperator Semper Augustus Germaniae Hungariae Bohemiae Rex, identifying Leopold I as Emperor of the Romans, King of Germany, Hungary, and Bohemia.
