Obverse description Laureate and draped bust of Emperor Franz I facing right, centered within a lozenge-shaped beaded border set within the circular field. The numeral '15' appears prominently to the left and right of the portrait within the lozenge. The circular outer legend reads FRANZ KAIS · V · OEST · KOEN · Z · HUN · BOEH · GALIZ · U · LOD ·, identifying the emperor by his titles across Austria, Hungary, Bohemia, Galicia, and Lodomeria. The mint mark 'A' for Vienna appears at the bottom of the lozenge border. The overall design reflects the neoclassical engraving style characteristic of the early nineteenth-century Viennese mint.
