CGB Numismatique Paris issued a series of privately produced 15 euro fantasy notes in 2008, each dedicated to a French region — this one covering Centre. They carry no legal tender status anywhere and were sold directly as collectibles. The denomination of 15 euros has no official precedent in the eurozone, which is precisely the point: these were never intended to deceive, and none of the standard euro security features are present.
