| Obverse description | Effigy of Queen Elizabeth II facing right, rendered in high relief against a deeply mirrored field, as designed by Susanna Blunt. The Queen is depicted bareheaded with a necklace and earring, her mature portrait characteristic of coinage from the early 21st century.
