Reverse description The steady, unyielding gaze of the Canada lynx has a marked intensity to it in this reverse design by Canadian artist Curtis Atwater. The close-up portrait offers a rare face-to-face encounter with a famously elusive wild cat, whose mesmerizing features are engraved in outstanding textural detail. Special emphasis is placed on the felid`s eyes, thanks to the application of an innovative enamel effect that re-creates the glossy look of a traditional paint application, but with more nuanced colour variance to give these irises a more life-like appearance. The effect is enhanced by glow-in-the-dark technology, which mimics the naturally luminous effect of the nocturnal hunter`s stare during a rare nighttime encounter.
