| Obverse description | The obverse features a raised circular medallion set within an elaborately decorated rectangular field adorned with ornamental foliate and floral scrollwork at each corner and along the borders. Within the medallion, a right-facing diademed and crowned effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, after the fourth portrait by Ian Rank-Broadley, is depicted in high relief with fine hair and drapery detail. A beaded inner border frames the portrait.
