| Reverse description | A rose in full bloom with stem and a single bud to the left, the civic symbol of Rhodes, occupying the central field. The magistrate's name ΔΑΜΑΣ (Damas) appears in Greek letters above the rose, while the ethnic abbreviation P and O are placed on either side of the rose stem. A sunburst or star symbol appears below to the right, serving as a secondary control mark. The composition is neatly arranged within the small flan, consistent with Rhodian numismatic convention for fractional gold issues of this series. |
