Reverse description Central device consisting of the elaborate quartered royal arms of the Two Sicilies, surmounted by a royal crown with fleur-de-lis finial. The shield displays the dynastic quarters incorporating the arms of Castile, León, Aragon, Sicily, and other Bourbon hereditary territories, surrounded by a decorative collar of orders and pendant insignia including star-shaped decorations arranged at the base. The circumferential legend HISPANIARVM INFANS arcs around the upper field, with the denomination G.120 appearing to the lower right. The design is framed by a beaded inner border.
