| Obverse description | Female head in three-quarter facing right, wearing a Attic-style helmet with a crested ridge rendered in fine parallel lines, her hair swept back beneath the helmet brim. The modelling of the facial features is characteristic of early Classical Greek artistry, with a softly rendered cheek and a clearly defined ear visible below the helmet. The field is plain, with no legend or additional devices. The flan is irregular, as typical of hammered Archaic and early Classical coinage. |

| Reverse description | Eagle displayed in flight to the right, rendered with powerful wing feathers depicted by bold incised striations, the body shown in profile with legs extended. A small circular pellet appears in the left field. To the right, partial letters of the civic legend are visible. The inscription ΣΙΦ, an abbreviation of ΣΙΦΝΙΩΝ (of the Siphnians), is present in the field, identifying the issuing community. The composition is characteristic of the early Classical Siphnian coinage and exhibits the vigorous, deeply cut style of the period. |
