Reverse description Elaborately rendered baroque coat of arms of the Abbey of Fulda, comprising a quartered shield divided by a central cross and displaying fleurs-de-lis and a cross motif in the quarters, set within a decorative cartouche of scrolling acanthus foliage. Above the shield rise five helmets topped by crowns and ecclesiastical insignia, including a processional cross, mitres, and a crozier, arranged symmetrically in a tiered composition. The motto legend CANDORE ET AMORE arcs across the upper field, and the date 1729 is divided across the lower field on either side of the shield's base. The entire design is enclosed by a beaded inner circle and an outer granulated border.
