Obverse description Helmeted head of Athena in right profile, wearing a Attic helmet with a raised crest. The facial features are rendered in the Hellenistic style typical of Asia Minor civic coinage, with a well-modelled cheek and jawline visible beneath the helmet's cheekguard. The portrait occupies the central field of the flan, with the neck truncation at the lower edge.
