Obverse description Helmeted head of Athena facing right, wearing a Corinthian helmet, rendered in archaic Greek style with bold, slightly crude engraving typical of minor Troas civic bronze coinage. The portrait occupies the central field, with the helmet crest visible above the brow. The surfaces show natural green patination consistent with prolonged burial.
