| Obverse description | Octagonal gold flan with a beaded border following the eight-sided periphery. The obverse field is entirely occupied by a four-line devotional legend in Assamese script, arranged within horizontal registers. The inscription invokes the goddess Ashtabhujagosani and identifies the issuer as her devotee (sevaka). The bold, raised characters fill the field in a densely packed epigraphic style characteristic of Ahom kingdom coinage. |

The reverse field is filled with a four-line royal legend in Assamese script arranged in horizontal registers, recording the name and titles of King Ramakanta Singha (Ramākānta Simha) together with the Śaka era date 1691, corresponding to 1769 CE. The robust, raised epigraphic style is consistent with the obverse and typical of hammered Ahom gold coinage of the period. |
