Obverse description The obverse features a stylised Vytis (mounted knight) rendered in a non-traditional artistic interpretation, drawn from fragments of hearth tiles dating to the reign of Casimir Jagiellon (Kazimieras Jogailaitis) discovered at Vilnius Lower Castle. The central device is encircled by the legend LIETUVA (Lithuania) at the upper periphery, with the denomination 1,50 € and the date of issue 2017 distributed around the lower field. The Lithuanian Mint mark LMK appears within the design.

Reverse description The reverse presents a richly detailed folk-art composition set against a heart-shaped background, celebrating the traditional Kaziukas Fair held annually in Vilnius. Depicted within the field are the most emblematic attributes of the fair: a verba (decorated dried-flower bouquet), a ceramic pitcher, wooden spoons, a hobby horse, a rooster, a ring-shaped bread roll, and a wagon wheel. The legend KAZIUKO MUGĖ (Kaziukas Fair) is inscribed prominently across the design.
