| Obverse description | Central field features the national coat of arms of Equatorial Guinea, comprising a shield bearing a silk-cotton tree (Ceiba pentandra) above a ribbon inscribed with the national motto UNIDAD PAZ JUSTICIA. Six six-pointed stars arc above the shield. The fineness mark 0.917 appears to the right of the shield.
