Denomination in Arabic numerals at the left with seal of the Governor of the Bank of Japan below. Denomination in Kanji on top-left corner, and in Arabic numerals on bottom-right corner. Multiple `1000` on the background. Head of KITASATO Shibasaburō in 3D hologram patch at the lower left, which facing can change by angle of view. EURion constellations on upper-left, upper-right, and lower right of the center window, and another one upper-right of the main portrait. Tactile 11 slanted bars on the upper-right corner, and another on the bottom-left corner. Serial numbers consist of two Latin alphabets, following by 6-digits number, then two Latin alphabets. |
