A fine engraved depiction of a Kremlin tower appears in the center background in the uncolored silver field. The Cyrillic legend 'Иван IV Васильевич' and the life dates '1530–1584' arc along the upper left in gilt lettering, with the year '2007' situated at the bottom of the field.
