Obverse description	On the front of the note, the National Memorial, Savar, is printed on the left side, and the `Promised Statement` (Guarantee Clause) and the face value (one thousand taka) are printed in the middle. The image of the national flower `Shapla` in bloom with leaves and buds in the background is printed in the middle of the note. Furthermore, the denomination of the note `1000` is printed on the top left of the note, `1000` in the decan and `81000` in the decan.
Reverse description	The design on the back of the note is the image of the National Parliament Building, Dhaka. The denomination `1000` is printed on the top left corner of the note and the `Monogram of Bangladesh Bank` is printed on the right corner, and the denomination `1000` is printed on the bottom right corner and left corner. In addition, `1000` is printed vertically on the right side of the note.
