Obverse description At left, the denomination "1000 РУБЛЁЎ" is printed in bold numerals; at centre top, the first Belarusian state coat of arms "Pahonia" (Knight with Sword on horseback) is rendered as a vignette, as used officially from 1991 to 1995. The upper legend reads "ДЗЯРЖАЎНЫ ПРЫВАТЫЗАЦЫЙНЫ ЧЭК 'ЖЫЛЛЁ'" and below it "РЭСПУБЛІКА БЕЛАРУСЬ", all printed by letterpress on plain paper stock.

Reverse description The reverse carries a composite architectural vignette contrasting historical and contemporary urban building styles in the background, serving as an underprint to the printed text. The body of the note is occupied by three numbered clauses in Belarusian script detailing the legal terms and permitted uses of the privatization voucher. At the foot of the note the printer's imprint "ДЗЯРЖЗНАК БЕЛАРУСI" and the year "1992" are printed.
