| Reverse description | The reverse depicts the four-masted training barque Sedov under full sail, rendered in high relief against a frosted background with a mirror-polished sea and sky. The vessel is shown in three-quarter starboard view with all sails set, stylized waves beneath the hull, and decorative cloud formations in the upper field. A compass rose appears to the upper right of the ship. A ribbon cartouche in the lower exergue bears the Cyrillic inscription БАРК СЕДОВ (Barque Sedov) in incuse lettering. The overall composition is executed in a detailed engraved maritime style consistent with Russian commemorative coinage of the period. |
