Obverse description	The left half of the obverse is dominated by a circular vignette containing the national emblem of Tajikistan, set within an ornate guilloche rosette border. The centre of the note carries large numerals '1000' in multicolour intaglio print above the Tajik word 'ХАЗОР РУБЛ' (One Thousand Roubles), while a decorative guilloche medallion occupies the lower right. Fine latticework underprint in pastel tones covers the entire field.

Reverse description	The central vignette presents a neoclassical building — the Tajik parliament — rendered in brown intaglio, with the national tricolour flag of Tajikistan flying above it. To the right, a large ornate guilloche rosette medallion bears the denomination numeral '1000' and the word 'РУБЛ'. Serial number appears twice: in the upper left and lower right. A multicolour underprint of radiating geometric patterns fills the background.
