Obverse description Letterpress-printed note on cream paper with a ruled border. The upper portion carries Dutch text including the denomination header 'Goed voor Rijksd: 1000' and the large red italic legend 'Zegge duizend Rijksdaalders.' followed by a body of Dutch legal text referencing the Hollandsche Indische Gouvernement, the Regentschap Probolingo, and the lands of Probolingo, Besoekie, and Panaroekan. Below the Dutch text, a substantial passage in Malay-Arabic (Jawi) script occupies several lines, followed by the manuscript date 'Batavia den 3den van Wintermaand 1810.' At lower left, a dotted circular handstamp dated 1810 is applied, alongside the red printed word 'GEZIEN.' and five manuscript signatures.

Reverse description Plain cream paper verso showing bleed-through of the obverse text. Two large circular red wax seals are applied at the upper left and upper right corners, each bearing the monogram 'N' surmounted by a crown with the numeral '1000' below, serving as authenticating stamps of the Hollandsche Indische Gouvernement. Additional manuscript notations and a partial handstamp appear in the lower portion.
