Obverse description The national coat of arms of Turkmenistan occupies the central field, featuring a stylised octagonal geometric design incorporating a crescent moon and five stars in the upper portion, with a central roundel depicting a horse (Akhal-Teke), all enclosed within an ornamental wreath of olive branches at the lower left and right. The legend 'TURKMENISTANYN MERKEZI BANKY' arcs along the upper periphery, and the date '2006' appears in the exergue.
