Obverse description The obverse is dominated by an intaglio-engraved bust of a bearded male figure, rendered in a classical sculptural style, positioned at the right. The centre carries the bilingual denomination inscription "TAUSEND KRONEN / TISÍC KORUN" above the issuer name in German and Czech, flanked by fine guilloche underprint and decorative borders. A block of legal text appears in the upper portion, with multiple facsimile signatures and the date of issue printed below the central inscription.
