Obverse description	Salmon-pink note with dark green geometric border composed of stylised pillar motifs and ornamental corner medallions. The upper panel bears the denomination numeral 1000 in black on a dark green guilloche band, flanked by trident vignettes. The central field carries the Cyrillic legends УКРАЇНСЬКА ДЕРЖАВА and ДЕРЖАВНИЙ КРЕДИТОВИЙ БІЛЕТ above the large denomination text ТИСЯЧА ГРИВЕНЬ, with a floral arabesque underprint throughout. Two serial numbers appear in red at upper left and upper right, and two facsimile signatures are placed below the central text above the date panel РОКУ 1918.

Reverse description	Dark blue-green note with an elaborate geometric lathe-work border bearing repeated corner and side denomination numerals 1000. The right two-thirds of the field display the large bold numerals 1000 and the Cyrillic text ГРИВЕНЬ on a pale ochre guilloche underprint. A tall ornate cartouche on the left contains a Cyrillic text block setting out the legal tender declaration of the Ukrainian State credit notes, with a smaller panel below stating the gold content of one hryvnia.
