| Obverse description | Two facing busts rendered in high relief occupy the central field: a female figure to the left, adorned with elaborate floral and beaded hair ornamentation, and a male figure to the right, distinguished by a striated crescent-shaped coiffure, their profiles meeting at centre above a richly detailed foliate and acanthus scroll motif executed in antique finish. The surrounding field is smooth, framed by a beaded inner border. The legend REPUBLIQUE DU CAMEROUN arcs along the upper periphery in Latin capitals, while the denomination and date 1000 FRANCS CFA 2026 appear along the lower periphery. |

| Additional information |
Cameroon has issued commemorative silver in its own name since the early 2000s, but the bulk of these pieces — including this series — are produced under license by European minting houses, principally for the collector novelty market rather than for any domestic monetary purpose. The "Kama Sutra" series has run across multiple issuing authorities simultaneously, with identical or near-identical reverses appearing under Cameroon, Congo, and other Central African franc-zone members depending on distribution arrangements.
KM#1057 designation places this in Krause's Cameroon listings, though the coin has no practical circulation history and was never intended to.
