| Obverse description | The national coat of arms of Togo occupies the central field, depicting two rampant lions flanking a central shield bearing the monogram 'RT' (République Togolaise), surmounted by two crossed national flags with scrolls inscribed TRAVAIL, LIBERTE, and PATRIE.
