Cameroon has issued collector silver under the CFA franc designation for decades, contracting production almost entirely to European private mints — most commonly Bjosland or similar Polish and Belgian operations — with no involvement from the Banque des États de l'Afrique Centrale beyond the licensing arrangement. The coins are legal tender in name only; none enters Cameroonian circulation.
The "Dancing Queen" title almost certainly references the 1976 ABBA recording, which would implicate copyright licensing — or a deliberate sidestep of it.
