Obverse description Multicolour intaglio-printed note with a double black overprint reading SAINT-PIERRE-ET-MIQUELON across the face. The central vignette to the right presents an allegorical composition symbolic of the French Union, with a woman from metropolitan France turned toward a West Indian woman set against a palm grove underprint. Denominations in numerals and letters are rendered in dark blue, with serial numbering and a single manuscript signature for the Directeur Général in black.

Reverse description Multicolour reverse with an intaglio vignette of a Caribbean woman wearing a traditional madras headdress, seated before a canoe on a sun-setting seascape. A double black overprint reading SAINT-PIERRE-ET-MIQUELON appears across the back, and at the lower margin a blue cartouche carries the anti-counterfeiting warning text citing Article 139 of the Penal Code.
