Obverse description	Central field features the coat of arms of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, depicting a crowned eagle with spread wings grasping a horizontal bar, set against a radiant sunburst background, all within a circular legend. The Armenian inscriptions naming the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic and Artsakh appear above the arms in a circular border, flanked by olive branches at the top. The denomination '1000' is shown below the arms, with the Armenian legend for '1000 Artsakh Drams' in a scroll-style banner at the bottom of the field. The date '2004' appears at the top of the coin above the olive branches, and the fineness '999' is inscribed to the right of the arms.
