Obverse description A four-color intaglio vignette on the left presents St. George in classical antique warrior attire with a red cloak, mounted on a white horse and slaying a dragon; the lower right carries a vignette of the Gračanica Monastery (Monastery of the Holy Mother of God). The official coat of arms of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes appears to the upper right, with the watermark field positioned below it, and a stylized fruit motif centered beneath the country name. The designer's and engraver's credits — G. FRAIPONT and DELOCHE SC. — appear in the lower margin.

Reverse description The central vignette presents a Serbian plowman in traditional folk costume and hat, guiding oxen through a field, with the watermark field to the left of center. Four city panorama vignettes occupy the corners and lower center: upper left shows the Šeher-Ćehaj bridge with the Alifakovac settlement in Sarajevo, upper right presents the city center and old town of Ljubljana, lower right offers a view from Ban Jelačić Square toward the cathedral in Zagreb, and the lower center carries a panorama of Belgrade along the Danube.
