Obverse description Conjoined busts of King Rama I (King Buddha Yodfa Chulalok the Great, founder of the Chakri dynasty) and King Rama X (His Majesty King Vajiralongkorn) depicted side by side in high relief against a mirror-polished field, both shown in traditional Thai royal ceremonial dress with ornate robes and regalia. A stylized royal finial (yod chofah) with hanging tassel ornament is positioned centrally between and above the two effigies. The portrait of Rama I appears to the left and that of Rama X to the right, the composition commemorating the auspicious occasion of Rama X attaining the same age as Rama I.

Reverse description Central field features two royal emblems in relief: to the left, a flame-shaped (bai sema) royal cipher of King Rama I set within a decorative foliate surround, and to the right, a circular medallion bearing the royal cipher of King Rama X within an ornate beaded border. The denomination ๑๐๐๐ บาท (1000 Baht) is inscribed in Thai numerals and script across the lower central field. A circular Thai-script legend surrounds the design, reading along the left arc and lower arc with the commemorative inscription and date ๑๔ มกราคม ๒๕๖๘ (14 January B.E. 2568), flanked by ประเทศไทย (Thailand) to the lower right and the full royal ceremony title along the upper and left periphery.
