Obverse description The obverse is printed in brown and olive tones, with two large guilloche-framed numeral vignettes bearing '100' flanking the central field; an allegorical winged figure in flight appears in the upper centre. The central text reads 'STO ZŁOTYCH' in bold letterpress, below which the place and date of issue 'KRAKÓW 1. SIERPNIA 1941 R.' is inscribed, accompanied by two facsimile signatures under the titles 'PREZYDENT' and 'ZASTĘPCA PREZYDENTA'. The issuing authority 'BANK EMISYJNY W POLSCE' appears in a dark panel at the foot, with the red serial number and series prefix printed in the lower margin.
