Obverse description	Portrait of Dr. Sun Yat-sen occupies the left portion of the note within an oval vignette, rendered in intaglio against a light guilloche underprint. A central oval cartouche bears the denomination in Chinese characters, framed by intricate geometric lathe-work. Corner panels repeat the denomination vertically, and the serial number appears twice in the upper field flanking the issuer's name in Chinese script.
