Obverse description Central vignette of a traditional Melanesian warrior in ceremonial dress, rendered in intaglio engraving, set within a circular guilloche underprint and flanked by large numeral 100 denominators at upper right and lower left. Two manuscript signatures appear to the left of the central vignette, titled PRESIDENT / PRESIDENT and GENERAL MANAGER / DIRECTEUR GENERAL respectively. The national motto 'Long God yumi stanap' runs along the lower arc of the central medallion, with issuing authority legends in English and French at top and bottom.

Reverse description Central intaglio vignette of a herd of cattle grazing beneath tall coconut palms, evoking Vanuatu's agricultural economy, set against a lightly tinted multicolour guilloche background with diamond-pattern geometric borders at left and right. Denomination numeral 100 appears in each corner with the word VATU beneath. The Bislama-language bank title runs in bold lettering along the lower margin.
