Obverse description The obverse is printed in a mosaic-like typographic arrangement of multicolour rectangular cartouches containing Arabic-script inscriptions, numerals, and ornamental frames in red, green, blue, and black, all set against a teal guilloche border. A central vignette displays a gold crescent and star, the symbol of the Bukharan state, surrounded by denomination panels reading '100' in both Arabic-script and Roman numerals. The overall layout reflects a rudimentary letterpress production characteristic of early revolutionary Central Asian issues.

Reverse description The reverse repeats the multicolour typographic layout of framed cartouches in red, brown, blue, and black with Arabic-script inscriptions and denomination panels, again centred on the gold crescent and star vignette. Two large oval seals with Arabic text appear to the left and right of the central motif, likely representing official validation stamps. A purple handstamp is visible at the top centre, a security feature applied at the time of issue.
