| Obverse description | The field is divided by a central erect scythe flanked by two scenic vignettes depicting riverside villages with church steeples and sailing vessels beneath clouds. Below the vignettes, two circular portrait medallions appear: at left, a bust portrait of priest and poet J. Hammenecker (1878–1932), and at right, a bust portrait of mayor E. Rollier (1769–1851) wearing a bicorne hat. At the bottom, a small eel device and the engraver's monogram 'DF' appear in the exergue. The legend 'VOOR OUTER EN HEERD' arcs along the upper border within a beaded rim. |

The legend 'SINT AMANDS - 28 MEI 1982 - MARIEKERKE' arcs along the upper border, while '100 SCHEIKUIPEN' curves along the lower border, all within a beaded rim. A small engraver's signature appears in the lower right field. |
