Obverse description Central device comprising a large crescent moon with a five-pointed star to its left, both rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished field. Arabic legend arcs across the upper portion of the coin, reading 'Hukumat-e-Pakistan' (Government of Pakistan), with the denomination '100' in Latin numerals to the right and its Urdu equivalent to the left. The national motto 'UNITY FAITH DISCIPLINE' is inscribed in Latin letters along the lower arc. The entire design is framed by a border of fine beading. The coin was struck at the Italcambio Mint, Caracas, Venezuela.

Reverse description Facing bust of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, founder of Pakistan, depicted wearing traditional Karakul cap and formal sherwani coat, rendered in finely detailed high relief. An Arabic inscription below the portrait reads 'Quaid-e-Azam' (Great Leader). The birth and centenary dates '1876' and '1976' are placed in the left and right fields respectively, flanking the effigy. The portrait is set against a deeply mirrored proof-quality field, with a beaded border encircling the entire design.
