| Obverse description | At center, the Lion Capital of Ashoka (national emblem of India) is depicted in high relief, showing three lions atop an abacus bearing the Dharma Chakra. Below the emblem, the motto 'सत्यमेव जयते' (Satyameva Jayate) is inscribed in Devanagari script.
