| Obverse description | The national emblem of India, the Ashoka Lion Capital, is depicted centrally in high relief, showing three lions atop an abacus bearing a Dharma Chakra flanked by a galloping horse and bull. The motto 'सत्यमेव जयते' (Satyameva Jayate) is inscribed in Devanagari script beneath the emblem. The country name 'INDIA' appears along the upper right periphery in Latin script, while 'भारत' is inscribed along the upper left in Devanagari.
