| Obverse description | Central device features the Minar-e-Pakistan tower rendered in fine detail, superimposed upon a large crescent moon with a five-pointed star to its upper left, all set within a polished field. Decorative floral arabesque ornaments flank the central device to the left and right. The Arabic legend 'جمہوریت پاکستان' (Islamic Republic of Pakistan) curves across the upper portion of the field in Urdu script, while the date '1976' appears in the exergue below the tower. The coin is bordered by a continuous beaded rim. |
