The upper half is occupied by a large rectangular panel with multi-line Arabic text, flanked by the numeral "١٥٥" in both lower corners. The lower half presents an arched medallion frame left blank for serial or validation entries, with two small oval cartouches at the bottom corners bearing Arabic inscriptions. |
