Obverse description A panoramic view of Moscow's Red Square occupies the central field, depicting Lenin's Mausoleum and the Saviour's Tower of the Moscow Kremlin in the middle ground, with the Cathedral of the Intercession on the Moat (St. Basil's Cathedral) prominent in the foreground. Searchlight beams and fireworks illuminate the sky above the composition in a celebratory manner. To the lower left appear the hallmark, fineness designation, and fine metal content; to the lower right is the Moscow Mint monogram (MMD). The upper rim bears the Cyrillic legend 'БАНК РОССИИ' (BANK OF RUSSIA), while the lower rim carries the inscription 'СТО РУБЛЕЙ 1995 г.' (ONE HUNDRED ROUBLES 1995).

Reverse description The reverse presents a richly detailed commemorative composition honouring the three principal Allied wartime conferences. Along the upper arc, a row of portraits depicts, from left to right, Winston Churchill, Clement Attlee, Harry S. Truman, and Joseph Stalin, each accompanied by their facsimile signatures, representing the Potsdam Conference; to the left of this grouping stands a view of Cecilienhof Palace in Potsdam, Germany. At centre, the national colours (flags) of Great Britain, the United States, and the USSR are rendered side by side. In the lower portion, portraits of Winston Churchill, Franklin D. Roosevelt, and Joseph Stalin are shown left to right with their facsimile signatures against a background depicting the Livadia Palace in Yalta and a stylised oriental building with a minaret, evoking the Tehran Conference setting. The upper rim legend reads 'КОНФЕРЕНЦИИ ГЛАВ СОЮЗНЫХ ДЕРЖАВ' (THE SUMMITS OF THE HEADS OF THE ALLIED POWERS); additional inscriptions identify each conference: 'ПОТСДАМСКАЯ 17.7. * 2.08.1945 г.', 'ТЕГЕРАНСКАЯ 23.11 * 1.12. 1943 г.', and 'КРЫМСКАЯ 4.2 * 11.2 1945 г.'
