Obverse description	At center, the State Emblem of the Transnistrian Moldovan Republic is depicted in high relief within the central field. The legend ПРИДНЕСТРОВСКИЙ РЕСПУБЛИКАНСКИЙ БАНК (Transnistrian Republican Bank) arcs along the upper periphery, while the denomination 100 РУБЛЕЙ and date 2006 appear in the lower field, accompanied by the fineness mark 925.

Reverse description	The central field depicts the Ukrainian folk tale character Ivasik-Telesik seated in a wooden boat accompanied by caught fish, set against a background of river reeds rendered in fine detail. To the left of the central device, the inscription IBACИK-ТЕЛЕСИК (Ivasik-Telesik) is inscribed in Ukrainian along the inner border. On the right, the inscription ЗА МОТИВАМИ УКРАIНСЬКИХ НАРОДНИХ КАЗОК (After Ukrainian Folk Fairytales) is arranged in a semicircle along the border on a stylized ribbon, completing the decorative composition.
