Obverse description Central guilloche underprint to the left bearing the Khmer denomination legend, flanked to the right by an intaglio vignette of two ceremonial oxen grazing from ritual bowls arranged on a mat, with a traditional Khmer pavilion and foliage in the background. Three manuscript signatures appear below, each preceded by a Khmer title, with the prefix letter and series number at lower left. Denomination numerals in Khmer script occupy the upper corners within ornate foliate cartouches, and a fine lace-pattern border frames the entire design.

Khmer denomination inscription appears to the left, with "Cent Riels" in script lettering to the right, and "Banque Nationale du Cambodge" in italic script along the lower margin. The ABNCo copyright mark is visible at lower left, with the Khmer bank title across the top and ornamental corner devices framing the composition.
