| Obverse description | Bare-headed effigy of King Manuel II facing left, rendered in high relief with finely detailed hair and youthful features. The engraver's signature V. ALVES appears in small lettering beneath the truncation of the neck. The circular legend EMANVEL II PORTVG ET ALGARB REX frames the portrait along the upper periphery, separated from the beaded border by a narrow inner rim. The date 1910 is placed in the lower exergual area beneath the bust. The design reflects the refined neoclassical portrait style characteristic of Portuguese royal coinage of the early twentieth century. |

| Reverse description | Central denomination numeral 100 is displayed prominently in the field beneath a royal Portuguese crown, with the word REIS inscribed below in slightly smaller lettering. The entire central motif is enclosed within a symmetrical wreath composed of olive or laurel branches tied at the base with a small ornamental bow or floral device. A beaded border runs along the full circumference of the coin, consistent with the obverse treatment. The composition is clean and heraldic in character, with the crown and wreath conveying royal authority and national identity in a restrained, classical manner. |
