Obverse description	Central intaglio portrait vignette of José G. Artigas in military dress, framed by laurel branches, set against a fine guilloche underprint in red. The national coat of arms appears to the left, while the face value inscription and serial number are printed to the right. Three manuscript signatures appear along the lower portion of the note, with denomination counters of 100 in each corner.

Reverse description	Central intaglio vignette reproducing a historical scene of Artigas addressing the Congress of Tres Cruces, with numerous assembled delegates gathered around a large table in an interior setting. Elaborate guilloche rosettes in red occupy both lateral margins, with denomination numerals 100 in each corner. The printer's imprint appears in small text at the base of the central vignette.
