Obverse description The national coat of arms of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic occupies the central field, depicting two crossed rifles flanked by olive branches, surmounted by a crescent and five-pointed star. A ribbon scroll at the base of the arms bears the Arabic national motto. The circular legend 'REPUBLICA ARABE SAHARAUI DEMOCRATICA' runs along the upper periphery in Latin script, while the denomination '100 PESETAS' appears in the lower field beneath the arms.
